1. Which payment methods does Just Franky accept?
You can pay with Ideal, Paypal, Credit card, Afterpay and our gift voucher.
2. Can I change my order?
If you want to adjust your order, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can see what else is possible. You can contact us by phone, email, chat or our contact form.
3. Can I add another letter, symbol or diamond to my Capital necklace later?
Yes that is possible, you just cannot do this yourself, our goldsmith is happy to do this for you. Buy a new letter, symbol or diamond online. Send your current chain to: Just Franky, Aalsterweg 262, 5644 RK in Eindhoven, with your details and your order number. After we have received your necklace, we will send it back to you completely within 7 working days.
4. What is the delivery time of my jewelry?
The delivery time varies per piece of jewelry. The delivery time is stated in the product description of each piece of jewelry. We will of course keep you informed about the status of your order. After your order has been placed with us, you will receive an email when it is ready and will be shipped with track and trace by DHL. Your order will be delivered to you the next day. We do not charge shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands.
5. Can I return my order?
All our jewelry is made especially by hand for you, so it is not possible for most jewelry to be returned. We indicate this with every piece of jewelry that you cannot return. Products that are not personalized and may be returned can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Send an email to: [email protected] and you will receive a return form from us.
6. My satin bracelet needs to be replaced, what now?
You can order a new satin cord online in our webshop. If you live near our office, we will be happy to tie the bracelet for you. Don't live nearby? No problem! We will send the cords to you together with a DIY manual.
7. What if I need my order faster than the stated delivery time?
If you want to receive your order faster than the standard delivery time that we use, you can contact us by phone or email to discuss the options. We will then see what is feasible with your order to be able to deliver it earlier.
8. Can I have my jewelry engraved at a later time, add an extra engraving, or remove an engraving?
You can add an engraving later to the Bar collection, Coin collection, Charm collection and the Tag collection. There are additional costs associated with this. It is not possible to engrave the Cube collection, the Cube Bar necklace and bracelet, Iconic collection and the Identity collection later. These are engraved during the production process. In addition, it is not possible to remove an engraving from a product.
9. How do I supply my own design or handwriting for engraving in my chosen jewellery?
You can take a picture of your design and email it to us, [email protected] citing your order number, or upload it during the ordering process. Please note: your own design must be on a blank white background so that we can engrave the design exactly on your chosen piece of jewelry. If you have your own chosen font, we would be happy to receive it together with your design.
10. Can I have my jewelry engraved on both sides?
With almost all our collections it is possible to have the jewelery engraved on both sides. No extra costs are charged for this, unless it concerns a fingerprint. The Identity collection cannot be engraved on both sides.
11. What is the best way to submit a fingerprint?
Have you ordered jewelry with a fingerprint? You can upload the fingerprint during the ordering process. Please note, the fingerprint must be on a blank white background. If it is not possible to take a fingerprint yourself, we will send you a DIY explanation together with an ink strip. With the help of this you can easily take a fingerprint. You can then email the card to us or send it to us by post. Taking a fingerprint on babies is a bit more difficult, since the lines in the finger are not yet clear enough. If a child is 1 year or older, this often goes better.
12. My jewelry is broken, what should I do?
If your jewelry is broken, you can contact us, we will look together with you at the possibilities to make your jewelry.
