Shipping & Returns
All our jewellery is specially handmade for you, therefore it is not possible to return most jewellery. We indicate with each piece of jewellery whether or not you can return it. Products that are not personalised and can be returned can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Send an e-mail to: [email protected] [email protected] and we will send you a return form.
We accept returns within 14 days. Please note: Returns are at your own expense.
Tips for returns:
- The package must come with a completed return form. Without a return
form, we cannot exchange or return your items.
- When exchanging or returning, we advise you to keep the track & trace code
until you have received an e-mail from us that your return has arrived.
- The jewellery must be unworn.
After receipt and approval, the paid amount will be refunded within 5 working days. You will receive a credit note by e-mail. Do you have questions about your return? Please email [email protected] .
If you want to return something, please send us an e-mail with the reason for your return and your order number. Then we can create a return code for you. We accept returns if they have not been worn, and not personalised with engraving. Please ensure that your order is returned within 14 days of receipt. Once we have received your return, it will take 14 working days for your refund. You will receive your refund in the same way you paid.
We send all orders by registered post with DHL. A signature will be required for receipt. You can also choose to collect your order from a DHL Pick Up point near you.
All Just Franky orders can be shipped worldwide. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from us with the track & trace so you can track your parcel. Delivery time within the Netherlands is 1 working day and within Europe 2 to 5 working days. If you are not at home at the first delivery attempt, DHL will come by again the next day.
The data we store is personal and therefore you have the following rights:
- You may request access to the data we hold on you
- You may ask us to correct, update, protect or delete your data from our records. In case of fraud, non-payment or other abuse, we may keep some data in a blacklisted register.
- You may ask for a copy of the data we have processed about you.
- We can-on your request-send this copy to another party, so that you do not have to do this yourself.
- You may lodge a complaint against the processing of your data
- You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority if you have the impression that we are processing your data illegally.
- You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time.
